Our founders, Rafael and Simone, spent years in Michelin-starred kitchens before deciding the most exciting challenge wasn't fine dining — it was taking that same culinary philosophy and applying it to food that people actually eat every day.
We opened our first location in New York with twelve items on the menu. Today, we serve thousands of orders a day while holding onto the same non-negotiable standard: every item must be worth craving.
