1. Your account

You can order as a guest or with an account. Please give accurate details, keep your password private, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for orders placed from it.

2. Orders

• An order is confirmed once the branch accepts it. The branch may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable or the address is outside its delivery area.
• You can cancel an order from your order history only while it has not yet been accepted or prepared.
• Menu items, options and availability can differ between branches and change over time.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown on the menu and at checkout, including any tax, delivery charge and voucher discount that applies.
• Delivery charges and minimum order amounts depend on the branch and your address, and are shown before you place the order.
• Payment is taken as shown at checkout (for example, cash on delivery).

4. Vouchers

Vouchers apply only within their valid dates, at the branch they were issued for, and within any minimum or maximum order amount. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged.

5. Delivery and collection

Delivery and pickup times are estimates. Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address, and check your order when it arrives.

6. Allergies

Our kitchens handle common allergens. If you have an allergy, please contact the branch before ordering; we cannot guarantee any item is free from allergens.

7. Problems with an order

If something is missing or wrong, contact us as soon as possible using the details below and we will put it right where we reasonably can.

8. Using this site

Please do not misuse the site, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or interfere with its operation. We may suspend accounts that do.

9. Liability

We provide the site as it is and do our best to keep it accurate and available. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown when you place an order applies to that order.
